Fayetteville Community Church’s Pastoral Counseling Department, Balm in Gilead Ministry, is a non-denominational ministry which has been called and established upon II Corinthians 1:3-4:

"Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort: Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God."

We are here to be "HIS" hand extended to hurting people.

Small Group Meeting Times:

Monday:
Mighty Warriors - Noonday devotional with a focus on issues relating to anxiety and depression.
Lets Talk About It - Meets at 4:30 p.m. Teen discussion group focusing on Problem Solving from Biblical principles.

Tuesday:
King's Kids - (Group A) Behavior management for ages 6-9. Meets at 4:30 p.m.

Thursday:
The Breakfast Club - An early morning Bible Study (6:00 a.m.) focusing upon conflict resolution and relationships.
King's Kids - (Group B) Meets at 4:30 p.m. for ages 10-12, focusing upon Biblical coping skills for daily living.
Mend - (Marriage Enrichment)
Meets at 7:30 p.m. with childcare provided.

Friday:
New Life - Breaking the Cycle of Addictions. Meets at 10:00 a.m. with child care provided.
Living Well - Singles (Separated/Divorced/Widowed) Meets at 7 p.m. with child care provided.  Meets the first Friday of every month.


Monthly:
Parent's Workshop - Biblical guidelines for parenting. Meets 2nd Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. (Childcare provided)
